Davood Salek has been with the firm since May 1999. Over the course of a 27-year engineering career, he has developed extensive experience in roadway and subdivision layout design, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and drainage analysis, flood control and water quality measures, erosion and sedimentation control, traffic control and water and wastewater utility design. Mr. Salek has successfully managed projects that require complicated design contract development, permitting, approvals, scheduling & budgeting, construction plans & specification development, bid management and construction administration and observation. He coordinates with governmental entities and subconsultants and has an excellent track record of working with contractors and tight construction completion schedules on multi-million construction projects. Mr. Salek is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas and is TxDOT pre-certified in various categories.
