D&A provided professional engineering services for this multi-phased condominium and office park with associated parking, water quality, and detention. The total site area is 28.95 acres and consists of 97 condominium units and four office buildings. The site was platted as a two-lot subdivision; one 19.82 acre lot for the condominiums and one 9.13 acre lot for the office park. This site is located in the Lake Creek Watershed and is entirely in the northern portion of the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone as defined by the TCEQ & a portion of the tract lies within the 100-year floodplain per FEMA. All proposed construction will remain outside the 100-year floodplain.
